We are very aware of the impact online shopping can have on our environment. From the packaging to the carbon used during shipping to the returned garments filling our landfills. We understand that all online shopping will have environmental impact, so while we aren't perfect ROSE + REGGIE strives to do better and will continually reassess our impact. Outlined below is our environmentally friendly shipping choices. 

Environmentally Friendly Shipping 

All ROSE + REGGIE packaging is biodegradable and compostable. Our shipping boxes are made with recycled paper and our reputable suppliers is committed to reforestation. Our tissue paper is from the same supplier, also made from recycled paper and printed with vegetable ink. Our stickers are 100% biodegradable. Our packing tape is made from recycled paper, printed with vegetable inks and is compostable. We encourage you to put your ROSE + REGGIE shipping bags and packaging in your compost or your garden. 

We ship our orders with Sendle, Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service.

SHIPPING INFO

Our studio is based in Brisbane, Australia and all orders are shipping from this location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your parcel. Please note once you receive your shipping confirmation we won't be able to make any changes to your order. 

Shipping in Australia

Shipping costs are calculated directly from Sendle, our shipping partner. These costs are based on the weight of the package and the distance of travel. 
All orders receive tracking at no extra cost.

International Shipping

We are so excited, this is the first time we have ever offered international shipping!  All international shipping costs are calculated directly from Sendle, our shipping partner. These costs are based on the weight of the package and the distance of travel. All orders will receive tracking at no extra cost.
