Shipping + Delivery


  • Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

    International shipping could take up to 14 business days.

    All orders come with tracking, so you can keep an eye on when your R+R goodies will arrive.

  • We charge $7.95 flat rate for standard shipping within Australia.

    $15.95 flat rate for express shipping within Australia.

    International rates are calculated directly by Australia Post, our chosen shipping partner.

  • Yes, we can ship internationally.

    Please note we are currently not shipping to the USA due to tariffs.

    The cost for international shipping is calculated directly by Australia Post, our shipping carrier.

  • We use NO plastic packaging.

    Our products are protected using biodegradable cassava bags, then shipped in compostable postage bags, thanks to Hero Packaging.

Returns + Refunds


  • Yes, we offer 30 days from when you receive your purchase refunds.

    All sale items are final.

    All returned items must be UNWORN, with tags intact. Free from make-up stains and perfume.

  • A refund request can be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • We currently offer free returns and exchanges. Meaning ROSE + REGGIE will cover the cost of returning or exchanging your piece.

  • Of course! Exchanges are great if you wish to change sizes or colours.

    Items must be unworn, with tags intact, items free from make-up stains and perfume.

    While we can't accept a return for a sale item, we can exchange the item for you.
