Shipping + Delivery

  • Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

    International shipping could take up to 14 business days.

    All orders come with tracking, so you can keep an eye on when your R+R goodies will arrive.

  • Free standard shipping for Australian orders over $150.


    Free standard worldwide shipping for international orders over $200.

    We offer a flat rate shipping and always shipped with Australia Post.

    All taxes and duties are included in the product price, no surprise fees on delivery.

  • Yes, we do! ROSE + REGGIE ships internationally to the USA, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and the UK.

    International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

    Duties and taxes are covered where available through our international shipping partner, so there should be no surprise fees on arrival.

  • We use NO plastic packaging.

    Our products are protected using biodegradable cassava bags, then shipped in compostable postage bags, thanks to Hero Packaging.

Returns + Refunds

  • Yes, we offer 30 days from when you receive your purchase refunds.

    All sale items are final. Unless the order has purchased Returns Protection.

    All returned items must be UNWORN, with tags intact. Free from make-up stains and perfume.

  • Add Return Protection to your order for $2.99 and we'll cover the cost of your return shipping if something isn't quite right.

    Without Return Protection, you can still return or exchange eligible items within 30 days; however, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    Items must meet our standard return conditions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A refund request can be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • f you purchased Return Protection, we will provide one prepaid return shipping label for your eligible return or exchange.

    If you did not purchase Return Protection, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us unless your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise required to cover the cost under applicable consumer law.

    For customer-paid returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. ROSE + REGGIE cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

  • Of course! Exchanges are great if you wish to change sizes or colours.

    Items must be unworn, with tags intact, items free from make-up stains and perfume.

    While we can't accept a return for a sale item, we can exchange the item for you.
